CLN Financial Services is owned and managed by me, Craig Naisbitt. I am a registered Tax Accountant/CPA for over 10 years. I commenced my Mortgage Brokering career to build on my extensive skills and continue my commitment of getting the very best for my clients, which now can include offering financial advice. I have accreditations in Certificate IV in Financial Services �¢?? Mortgage Brokering, Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Finance through AAMC Training. I am also registered with the Finance Brokers Association of Australia Pty Ltd. I also have completed my CPA from Deakin University in 2009 and hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) - Accounting. Through my accounting business, I often have clients asking me for finance advice, how can they save money on their current home loan, and are they getting the best deal for their current situation. I decided to undergo the appropriate qualifications to further build on my accounting/finance background so that I could tailor a personal service for my clients based on their needs, not just a one size fits all scenario. I am a happily married father of 2, who loves numbers (luckily), woodworking and football (I am a passionate Hawthorn supporter). I work out of home office in Montrose VIC (Melbourne Eastern Suburbs) or I am available for a mobile service Monday to Friday 6pm and 7.30pm appointments & Saturday and Sunday 9am - 9pm.
